Improving Mobility & Reducing Pain in Cats & Dogs

We are dedicated to helping injured pets regain pain-free mobility and return to their active lives. Through individualized rehabilitation programs, we address a wide range of conditions, from post-surgical recovery to chronic pain management, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

Our rehabilitation services combine multiple modalities to support your pet's healing and to promote and maintain flexibility in muscles, tendons, and ligaments. These assisted walking and movement therapies are especially beneficial for pets recovering from orthopedic surgeries or managing mobility challenges.

Whether your pet needs support after an injury, surgery, or is experiencing age-related mobility issues, our comprehensive approach is designed to restore function, reduce discomfort, and improve their overall quality of life.

The Rehabilitation Process

Our rehabilitation program begins with a comprehensive 90-minute initial assessment. During this first appointment, we assess your pet's motion, flexibility, muscle girth, and other health indicators. We aim to cover as much as possible, with the last 30 minutes dedicated to hands-on treatments like soft tissue therapy, joint mobilization, acupuncture, and laser therapy.

Follow-up rehabilitation appointments, lasting 50 minutes, review prescribed exercises and apply tailored therapeutic modalities based on your pet's needs and recovery. These ongoing sessions ensure your pet receives consistent, personalized care throughout their healing journey.

No referral is required to schedule a rehabilitation appointment, though we welcome referrals from other veterinary clinics and are happy to collaborate on your pet's care.

Cold Laser Therapy & Acupuncture for Recovery

As part of our comprehensive rehabilitation services, we offer cold laser therapy and acupuncture to accelerate healing and provide pain relief for pets recovering from injury or surgery.

Cold laser therapy uses targeted light energy to reduce inflammation, promote tissue repair, and alleviate discomfort at the cellular level, making it an excellent non-invasive option for managing pain and supporting recovery.

Acupuncture boosts our rehabilitation by stimulating specific points to enhance circulation, relieve muscle tension, and activate your pet's natural pain relief responses. It can be incorporated into assessments and follow-ups tailored to your pet's needs, working alongside soft tissue therapy, joint mobilization, and exercise to promote healing and regain mobility and quality of life.
